Hello - We have not had our exterior windows and screens for our house in Maple Ridge cleaned in over 5 years. Looking at Google I noticed Crown Property Services had a 5-star rating. I made an appointment per their website but also called as I needed only a few windows cleaned. Happy with the quote Crown Property provided. Carl and his team came out right on time per their appointment and cleaned my windows and screens and also my solar panels. Though I always thought the rain cleaned my solar panels - per the washer there was caked on dust and bird poop splattered on most of them. I have a flat roof and parapet walls so I can't see the panels. Interesting we checked my inverter output before and after and the output on both systems was up over 15%. Overall the job was done beyond my expectation and I am very pleased. Carl and the crew were very professional. Plan to use them again. Glad to add another 5-star review for them. Good job!

I have my gutters cleaned on a schedule twice a year due to trees close to my house!!! It is so nice to never have to “remember” to make that call as Crown Property Services emails me in advance before they come out !! This year I called to schedule a cleaning of my siding which was dirty and almost green from the pollen build up over the years and the dirt built up in my window shutters which began to drip down on my siding. I have a two-family home in Coquitlam so the price was extremely reasonable for the size of my home and the work that had to be done. Carl and his team were polite, professional, and considerate of my plants around the house. They left the property cleaner than when they started and my house looked simply amazing !!!!! I had to make a call the next day to let Carl knows how happy I was with the work that was completed!!!! I would recommend Crown Property Services not only for gutters but more for cleaning the siding of a house. You won’t be disappointed!!!!!

The two gentlemen who came today were an absolute pleasure to have in our home!! They were timely and thoughtful. Two of the most hard-working individuals I have ever seen. Great experience with these guys. We had some window cleaning done on our home which now looks amazing. The house and walkways cleaned. There were a few spots of concern, and their team was honest about expectations and issues with trying to remove some discoloration from the bricks. They also came out on a day that was supposed to be decent but turned cold with flurries, but they still got their work done. After the fact, there were a couple of spots I called about and Carl offered to send some guys out to take care of them. I definitely recommend Crown Property Services for any of the services they offer. Price and work was great. Very professional and honest.

I called Crown Property Services based on a friend’s recommendation. So glad I did. I do not like cleaning windows and screens. My friend told me I would be very happy with them. She was so right. From my initial inquiry to job completion, I felt like I was an extremely valued customer. Their crew arrived within the expected time. We walked through the house so they could make sure they knew what I wanted. They got right to work and now my windows sparkle! The response from the Crown Property Services was quick and efficient. I had my windows cleaned and my parents windows done. My 89-year-old father was certain that no one could do as good of a job on them as he used to be able to do. Not only were mine beautifully done, but, my Dad was 'tickled pink' because in his own words said "they did a great job." And, it wasn't easy because they were so dirty". Crown Property Services did a thorough pressure washing job of our gutters, at a fair price. They showed up on time, scooped everything out neatly into trash bags instead of just dumping it over the side, cleared a plugged downspout, hosed everything down, showed us before & after pictures, and I can't ask for anything more. Such a pleasure to work with!

Crown Property Services came out as scheduled on Saturday to pressure washing done on the siding of our home. There was road grime, pine mold and plain old grime on most of it. It looks better than ever! And it's white again. They know what they are doing and are very reliable. I would highly recommend them for outdoor cleaning of siding and cement! When I used to scrub it with soap and water, it would take forever and never looked quite as good. The team was done in less than 2 hours. Incredible job. Thank you!!!
